Blaze had done show team (hunter/jumper with a huge show barn) for many years. He is a big solid boy, who is the been there, done that type! Loves trail riding, and being in the open field, and does not get excited or silly at all!
He is very good on the ground or under saddle! Come check this lovely guy out today!!
Blaze has been in professional training with us for 3 months, and is a superstar! We have been teaching him dressage, and eventing. His dressage is coming together very nicely, and he has been very happy to work on it every day. Blaze also loves to jump, he has shown up to 3'6" (hunters) and we are schooling him right now at 2'9"-3'3". Blaze can easily go to 4' if that was someones desire, he has all the scope you could possibly want!
We have taken blaze to several shows recently, ranging from C rated hunters, to dressage shows. We did not school the jumps at the C show, where he jumped 2'9", and he was a saint!! He doesn't look at a thing, he is happy and willing to jump anything that he can! There were tripples, tons of flowers and branches-- he just simply doesn't care! He doesn't even mind the triple line with a tight in and out at the end of it, all to be done in 4 strides! At his dressage show he was a superstar as well, he had never competed in dressage before, but he did so well he ended up taking 3rd and 5th, with great scores. Blaze will be attending the Virginia Horse Trials at the end of October, if you would like to come watch him please give us a call, so we can point you in the right direction!
